It is Girl Scout Cookie time again. I will be on Fox 40 Tuesday Feb. 23rd demonstrating desserts you can make with the Girl Scout cookies you bought this year.
My name is Abigail and I am 11 years old. I’m a lacto-ovo-pesce-vegetarian. That means I don’t eat meat except for seafood and I eat dairy and eggs. Our family tries to eat ocean friendly seafood and cage-free eggs and soy milk when we can. I am a vegetarian because I love taking care of animals and I don’t want to hurt them for food. Also, it’s much healthier for my body. I decided to be a food critic because I love to try new foods and I love to eat in restaurants. You never know if you will like a new food until you try it. Also, recently I had to be in the hospital a lot for Crohn’s and four or five times, I wasn’t allowed to eat normal food for a long time. They sometimes let me have just clear liquids. So, I thought about food a lot and I watched a lot of movies in the hospital including Ratatouille. That gave me the idea to try new foods and combinations of foods. I plan to go to a lot of restaurants and review them. I hope you read my reviews and go to the restaurants. Trust me, trying new foods is a fun adventure!
